I will always do my best to keep the shipping cost down to a minimum. I have allowed the option for UK buyers to select Royal Mail first and second class options for items that fit into the Large Letter category. UK orders >£60 will have a FREE delivery option. I have set up a number of postal options for European delivery these are based on Royal Mail delivery charges and for higher value orders will include an element of additional insurance. This is set up on a sliding scale so the larger the order the more I contribute to the postage cost. World wide shipping options are set up similarly to the European option although unfortunately slightly more expensive. In some circumstances it may be cheaper to use a courier service such as MyHermes (for very large packages) In the very rare even that a parcel is lost, I would ask the buyer to wait for the allotted time specified by Royal Mail (or other courier service) My first option will be to send a replacement package however if parts are not available then the second option is to fully refund the buyer. I will then deal with the compensation claim. Sometimes errors can be made.
